Third, the structure principle
The BUQK float ball level controller consists of two parts: the floating ball group and the contact group which are isolated from each other. The floating ball senses the change of the liquid level and the magnetic shaft is transmitted to realize the alarm and control of the liquid level.
The action process is as follows: (see Figure 2)
When the measured liquid level is raised or lowered, the float ball 1 is then raised and lowered, and the magnetic steel 2 at the end thereof is oscillated up and down, and the magnetic steel 4 mounted on the same magnetic pole in the outer casing 3 is oscillated up and down by magnetic force, and the other end thereof is oscillated. The moving contact 5 is connected or disconnected between the static contacts 1-1 and 2-2, and then the signal device in the circuit emits a light or sound signal, or opens or closes the electric pump to supply or discharge liquid.
When the float moves up and down with the liquid level, only when it is in the range of motion, the next largest position, the moving contact will be connected or disconnected in the static contact 1-1 and 2-2, and then the signal will be sent. In the middle of the ascending and descending actions, no signal is generated.
The controller's float is made of ICR18Ni9 stainless steel, the outer casing and cover are made of fiberglass-filled reinforced plastic, and the rest is made of copper and other materials.
The floating ball action part of the controller is isolated from the contact set, thus avoiding the defect that the general liquid level instrument is easy to leak.
